Some comments/happenings from the last few days:
- Jackie works out how long she and Bruce have been together by how long Darryl (the Gnome) has been out of the country!
- Peter has kicked Lindsay out of the bedroom for snoring.
- Tony, Peter & Lindsay being in fast GXL's led the pack into Dunedin only to lose everyone behind them when we turned off for the accommodation!
- So far no more breakdowns.
- Invercargill is now officially more windy than Wellington (hence the masked man in a previous blog)
- Colin Bary still has loads of "Colin Bary stories" to tell - some things don't change!
- Sth Island convoys go at twice the speed of Nth Island ones.
- JP missed his flight to Christchurch
- Becs threw away her ticket from Chch to Dunedin in favour of driving the car from Chch
- Bruce has been seen throwing caution to the wind in indulging in some spirited driving
- Despite owning a capri for 25 years, yesterday was the first convoy of capris that Tony has ever driven in (well he would live in Invercargill!!!)
